Phytoplankton composition of two coastal lagoons in Ghana, West Africa
This data was collected as part of a Ph.D. research aimed at assessing potential prey items for culturing West African Mangrove Oyster( Crassostrea tulipa). The lagoons investigated were Narkwa and Brenya, both on the Central coast of Ghana. The data contains: 1. composition of phytoplankton in the lagoons investigated 2. metadata of the research
