This data was collected as part of an MPhil research aimed at assessing the levels of pesticide contaminants in Kakum Estuary of Ghana, West Africa. The dataset contains: 1. the wet weight of different taxonomic classes of zoobenthos collected from the Estuary in February, April, and June 2021 2. metadata associated with the research
