This data was collected as part of an MPhil research aimed at assessing the Histopathology and heavy metals bioaccumulation in the gills and liver of Chrysichthys nigrodigitatus from Ankobra river estuary in Ghana, West Africa. The dataset contains: 1. the morphometric measures( Total Length, Body Weight, Relative Condition Factor, Liver Weight and Hepatosomatic Index) of Chrysichthys nigrodigitatus from the Ankobra river estuary 2. metadata associated with the research
