This data was collected as part of an MPhil research aimed at assessing the impact of the insecticide (imidacloprid) on the development of blackchin tilapia, Sarotherodon melanotheron in Kakum Estuary on the Central coast of Ghana, West Africa. The dataset contains: 1. The number of fish showing abnormal growth development of embryos after exposure to the insecticide 2. Physical-chemical parameters measured during embryo toxicity test 3. metadata associated with the research
